Warranty RMA

If you have a hardware problem with your computer within the 90 days warranty period, we will repair / replace it without charge. We need to follow a procedure though, so follow this link.

Upgrades

A slow computer does not necessarily mean you have to get a new computer. There are many cheap upgrades you can make to improve performance. Bear in mind that if a computer has become slow over time, it probably could use a good cleanup. See here for some pointers.
